Welcome! You've arrived at the homepage of Paul Woolner, musician and composer. The purpose of my Web Site is to:

• Connect with people who have been out to our performances
• Introduce our music to those who discover us through the web or word - of - mouth

I consider music a lifelong musical journey and it is here that I’ll be sharing some of that with you.

What has been going on:

We recently completed two shows called “Mayberry on Acid”. One was at Kimberly Community Hall, Beaver Valley, and, Hugh's Room, Toronto.













We performed new material that the band is now working on in the studio and are destined for the next CD as well some of our favorites from the first CD “Where I Live, Songs by Paul Woolner”.

One of the good things that came out of the performances was that we met Bob Segarini who came out to see us. A respected performer, writer and producer Bob is a seminal and storied part of the music scene from San Francisco and LA in the late 60s and early 70s with his group The Family Tree and then Canada with The Wackers and the Bob Segarini Band among others. Bob is a DJ on Sirius Satellite radio in Canada. Bob liked our material and the band and is now working with us producing a couple of the songs. We are early into that process and it looks promising.

Which brings me to what we are focused on now – we are in the studio working on our next album. We’re thinking about how best to provide it to those who want to hear our music. For example, we may make tracks available as works-in-progress. More to come on that…
